Belmay announces sale of certain aspects of their USA West Coast Division.
Belmay Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of certain assets and customers of their USA West Coast business located in Van Nuys, California to the E.T. Horn Company. This completed transaction provides for the transfer of certain Belmay West Assets including specific customers who will now be serviced and supported directly by E. T. Horn.
As an integral part of the transaction, Belmay and E.T. Horn have executed agreements whereby Belmay will continue to manufacture the products for E.T. Horn from Belmay’s production facility in Chester, New York while E.T. Horn will provide customer service and distribution services to Belmay’s retained accounts on the West Coast of the USA from their La Mirada, California facility.
